DOMESTIC Please allow up to 5-7 business days (excluding major holidays) for your item(s) to be shipped. Typically, goods are shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed, depending on payment authorization and stock.

MISSING PACKAGES Lost orders with delivery failure due to insufficient addresses will not be refunded. If your order is deemed missing, please allow 7-12 business days after your order has been confirmed and shipped. STOCK If an ordered item is out of stock before it can be shipped, the item will be immediately refunded. Depending on the item, the refund will not be processed until we receive the restock.
